All eyes on the sea today along with good numbers of Great & Arctic Skuas. Sheringham - Storm Petrel, 2 Long-Tailed Skuas & 2 Sooty Shearwaters. Holme - Long-tailed Skua & Sooty Shear + Wood Warbler. Cley - 5 Long-tailed Skuas, 2 Pom Skua, 2 sooties & 6 Purple Sandpipers & on the reserve 13 Spoonbills and 6+ Curlew Sands. Salthouse - Red Backed Shrike. Blakeney Point - Wryneck & Short Toed Lark. Warham Greens - Wryneck. East Hills - Greenish & Barred Warblers.

Sheringham - Long-tailed Skua, Sooty & Balearics and 200+ Manx Shearwaters. Holme - Cory's Shearwater, Long-tailed Skua, 4 Pom Skuas & Sooty Shearwater. Hopton - Long-tailed Skua. Salthouse - Crane. Stiffkey Fen - Black Necked Grebe.

Blakeney Point - Bluethroat, barred Warbler (a.m) & Short Toed Lark (p.m). Cley - Icterine Warbler early at Walsey Hills but not again & 12 Spoonbills. Stiffkey Fen - Black Necked Grebe & 2 Spoonbills. Breydon - 4 Curlew Sands. Muckleburgh Hill - Common Crane flew over. East hills - GREENISH WARBLER. Cantley - Curlew & Wood Sands.

With a keen North East wind, migrants from the continent were expected. Highlights today, Blakeney Point - BOOTED WARBLER, Lapland Bunting, Long Tailed Skua & Bluethroat. Cley - Icterine Warbler at Walsey Hills & Balearic Shearwater past. Holme - Icterine & Barred Warblers both trapped and never seen again! Sheringham - Long Tailed Skua, 2 Pom Skuas & 2 Balearic Shearwaters, late in the day a Wryneck on the golf course. Strumpshaw - 2 Osprey. Breydon - 3 Curlew Sands. Weybourne - Red Backed Shrike.

Cley - 11 Spoonbills, Hooded Crow, Curlew Sand, 4 Wood Sands & Crane flew over late on. Holme - Montagu's Harrier over NWT reserve. Swanton novers - Honey Buzzard. Burgh Castle - big count of 108 Yellow Wagtails. Gorleston - Firecrest.

Seawathcing was pretty good today with Sheringham - 1 Sooty & 3 Manx Shearwaters, 25 Arctic & 2 Great Skuas. Cley also had 2 Pomarine SKuas and similar birds to sheringham. On the reserve - 18 Spoonbills, 2 Curlew Sands & Hooded Crow. Holme - 3 Sponnbills, Montagu's Harrier over, sooty & 13 Manx Shearwaters, 14 Arctic Skuas & Black Tern. Breydon - Black Tern. Salthouse - Common Crane in the area and Pied Flycatcher.
